Do I need to redact anything before uploading? → You're welcome to remove your account number and sort code before sending. We only need the fee breakdown and monthly processing volume to do the analysis.
What format does my statement need to be in? → PDF works best, but we also accept images and Word documents. Most providers let you download your statement directly from your online portal.
What happens after I receive the report? → Nothing unless you want it to. If the savings make sense and you'd like to explore switching, we'll arrange a call. If not, that's absolutely fine.
How long does it take? → We aim to turn every review around within 48 hours of receiving your statement.
Is my data safe? → Your statement is only used for your review. We never sell your data, and we only introduce you to a partner with your agreement, as set out above. You're welcome to redact any sensitive banking details before uploading.
